Ave Mario is 700 m2 of pure paradise, managed by a funny team of 120 Italians. Inspired by an idyllic day in Florence, a «Church» version 2.0, the 295 seats are spread over three spaces and two huge terraces. Head chef Andrea, the youngest, leads the kitchen with a brand new menu serving the first "big" pizzas, giant ravioli alla carbonara and La Gran scaloppine alla Milanese made with high-well-being rosé veal. Without forgetting Dolci, where an ice cream engineering company has created the 60 cm high Gelato Tower.
